CBI Data/Software Download Servers

The CBI FTP / RSYNC server provides a comprehensive archive of databases and softwares downloaded from EBI, NCBI, HGMP, TIGR, etc. . All data on our server will be updated synchronizedly.

FTP Server address: ftp://ftp.cbi.edu.cn

We now also support RSYNC protocal. The address is rsync://rsync.cbi.pku.edu.cn . The directory structure is the same as our FTP server.

Please do NOT use multithreading more than 3 to avoid trouble.

Notice

  • "-R" (recursive) option is not allowed on this FTP server, please use the "ls-lR" file.
  • Every IP allows three connections at most, and the total max connection number of our FTP server is 600.
  • Speed limit of every connection: 1M/sec.
