This page has been built up based on our previous work
of protein loop classification. A table of five loop
classes were constructed by computational clustering of loops in 235 protein chains.
Some image examples of these loop classes can be found
in the image page. The definition of loop geometry
is explained in the geometry page. Java pictures
of superimposed loops can be launched within the tables. Some help
information has been written. However, if you have any problem to access this
server, we are happy to help via email.
