List Show the list of domain assignment
Search Search the domain assignment table
If you have difficulties to find a special protein in the list, you may
try to search the domain assignment table on its PDB code. If there
are two or more chains in the PDB entry, a chain ID is necessary for
different chains. You may aslo try to search on protein names if you
can't remember the PDB code or chain ID.
